Production
We have a daily production capacity of:
- 1,000,000 frozen pizzas
- 50,000 entrées and 25,000 stir frying packs
- 110,000 tubs of ice-cream
- 77,000 multiple packs
This means that in one year we can produce
87,500 tons of frozen pizzas, 25,300 tons of ice-cream and 9,600 tons of entrées.
OWe employ nearly 560 workers at 6 different factories situated in the province of Mantua.
In 2005 from our three lines of production we recorded sales of nearly
€100million, broken down as follows:
- 70% Frozen pizzas
- 20% Ice-cream
- 10% Cooked and frozen entrées and IQF stir frying packs
